Talaq
Hello, I’m to the the religion and I was wondering if you could help me with something regarding the Talaq process. My husband has told me talaq 3 times and in these 3 month period we have had intercourse between us. Is it considered that we got back together and that we are still married or are we still in process of the divorce?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,
When three divorces are issues, the marriage breaks. The intercourse that you had was wrong, and you both need to repent.
If three menstrual periods passed, then your ‘Iddah has terminated. Your ex-husband is an absolute stranger, and it is incorrect to maintain any contact directly with him.
