Ghusl if Sperm does not come out
If someone masturbates and does not allow any drop of semen to come out does he need to so ghusl?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,
Masturbation is incorrect.
Many senior scholars ruled that the Ghusl breaks, even if the semen does not exit from the body.
Thus, Ghusl should be made.
