Did I give talaq

I really urgently need this question answered please. I recently got married 4 months ago and the first few weeks I had a lot of issues, which are resolved however in that moment I told my father I want to finish this relationship (no intention in that moment ) argument got heated with me and my dad then he got frustrated and said if your going to keep fighting then give her a talaq I said ok finish or finish then don’t remember the exact word of them two and don’t remember the intention when I said that however a few seconds later I said its only finish if I found out she cheating.

I am diagnose with OCD and paranoi straits which I take medication for however when I got married I stopped taking the medication which I think I was having withdrawals effects that why I was getting agitated over everything

Please kindly could you answer this question in two scenarios if I didn’t have any illness would it still be a talaq or not and if second scenario if I had the illness
