Visiting the qabr

Can non muslim men visit a qabarstan.
My dad was a well known business man. Due to covid protocols we restricted people in his mayet. Hes business associates would like to pay respects at his grave. Pls.advise

Wa ʿAlaykumus Salām Wa Rahmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh
We have not come across any prohibition from the side of the Sharīʿah in this regard; hence, there will be no problem in them visiting the grave of your respected father.
However, they should abstain from praying to other than Allāh ﷻ and to avoid other such practices which are not in conformity to Islām.
It should also be noted that one should make Duʿā for their guidance towards Islām and In Shā Allāh their visit to a Muslim grave will inspire change within them after looking at the simplicity of Muslims, not only in life but also after death.
