Saying RIP
Assalam aleikum,
If a person says „rip“ to the other as a joke and the other person laughs. Is this kufr and mockery?

Respected brother,
This kind of jokes are not kufr. Making fun of Islam, it’s ideologies, personalities, rites and ritual is kufr.
