OCD WITH IMPURITIES
I have ocd and feel impurity is spreading every where.
I had a dried impure finger, then I scratched my head twice continuously with that finger and then finger become oily and my scalp and hair was oily.
Did the impurity spread to my oily scalp and oily hair from the finger?
After that, Then I brush my hair, my oily hair fell on the dresser, I feel now that the dresser is impure too, then my oily hair touched my mouth, lips and face which my face was also oily and I think my face and lips are impure too and now I think spoons and plates are impure too because i touched with my my face and lips when I eat.
Please help me with knowledge, I want to cure my ocd and live a normal life.

Seek medical advice
Read lots of ta’awwuz.
رَبِّ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ
Go for a brisk walk daily and exercise.
