I fear regarding my friend
Assalamu alaykum, I know a woman who embraced Islam five months ago, and she declares herself as a Muslim, believing in Allah and His Messenger. However, she doesn’t practice anything at all for the reason:
“A Muslim at the end of the day will go to Paradise. I might be punished for a while, but being a Muslim, I’ll go to Paradise in the end.”
And this is her mindset (may Allah save us from it).
She also says things like she doesn’t fear Hell in any way unless it’s a permanent abode because all her suffering will turn into blessings in Paradise, basically. Regardless of how many analogies I give about the heat of fire in this world compared to 70 times hotter in the Hereafter or even the scariest descriptions from the Quran, they don’t affect her.
In the end, I just said to her, ‘Do as you wish, you don’t need to practice, it’s fine, it’s your life,’ as I was angry. But that statement isn’t going to change anything because she was going to do that either way in both cases.
please help for i do not know what to do.

Wa ‘alaykum us-salāmu wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Islam means submission. Islam needs to be accepted as a whole, no pick and choose.
Quran and sunnah indicate and our pious predecessor agreed that faith must be accompanied by good deeds. Righteous deeds and worship increases faith. While disobedience and sins weakens ones faith.
A lack of action indicates a lack of faith.
Everything happens by the will of our lord ﷻ; make lots of dua for her and keep working on her with sincerity, kindness and perseverance. Start with developing the love and reverence of Allah ﷻ in her heart. Take her to the company of righteous people and gatherings of remembrance.
