Divorce raj’i ?
A man says “if I do such and such action then husband and wife are divorced”
what is the ruling?
Is it a talaq raj’i or bain ?
Djazakumullah.
Answer
Wa’alaykum as-Salām waraḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,
If he mentioned these words, no divorce takes place, because he is speaking of another husband and wife. He did not say that his wife is divorced.
