Talaq

Assalamualaikum dear mufti sb I’m really screwed, i was writing a question to you as soon as i wrote it i thought of reading it before sending it to you i was reading in mind but I uttered merely the word divorce (in soft voice) which was written in the question i got panicked so just to check how audiable i was I uttered merely the word talaq two times just to check how audiable i was i said it to myself only, i was alone my brother was next to me but he was in deep deep sleep he didn’t hear anything , i read the fatwa of darul uloom that just the mere utterence of word talaq in isolation does not constitute divorce until one intends it, could you please guide me I’m really depressed and I’m being suicidal too
