my parents force me to learn quran and if i dont they take all my devices untill i learn
so basically my parents tell me to learn a surah every week for and the past few months i havent been learning evan know i have learnt 10+ surahs and now because of the months i havent learnt i have to learn about 30 surahs, and if i still dont they will take my ps4 phone scooter laptop untill i learn is this permissible in islam?

Your parents wish good for you and they want to ensure that you are successful in this world as well as in the hereafter. Sometimes, since we are young, we fail to comprehend why they stipulate certain laws and put punishments in place, so that we do not waste our youth.
Whilst stipulating an amount of Sūrahs might be difficult, it is suggested that you agree with them that you will learn for a stipulated time every day. If you do not fulfill those hours, they may confiscate things which could distract you.
