My mom dreamt about getting marriage proposal for me
Assalmu alaikum,
I want to know the interpretation of my mother’s dream.
She dreamt that a guy(from my relatives) asks her many times for my hand but she rejects every time. Could you please help me to understand the interpretation.
This guy has asked for my hand in real life as well and we rejected it.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Wa ‘alaykum us-salāmu wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Respected sister,
Narrated Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri:
The Prophet said, “If anyone of you sees a dream that he likes, then it is from Allah, and he should thank Allah for it and narrate it to others; but if he sees something else, i.e., a dream that he dislikes, then it is from Satan, and he should seek refuge with Allah from its evil, and he should not mention it to anybody, for it will not harm him.”
(Number 114, Book 87, Volume 9 Bukhari).
The truthfulness of the dream is related to the sincerity of the dreamer. Those who have the most truthful dreams are those who are the most truthful in speech. (Muslim, 4200)
So if the dream made your mother happy it may indicate a right decision. But please do not be from those who rely on their dreams to such an extent that their dreams control their lives and they base their life decisions on them.
