Believing that woman can go out of the house without a genuine need
I read on some Islamic websites that the verse ‘and stay in your houses’ only refers to the wives of the Prophet SAW. Would agreeing with this view lead to kufr of indifference?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,
Whilst the claim is incorrect, it will not be Kufr. Women should stay at home, and if there is a genuine need for them to leave the home, they should dress in a simple manner and with modesty.
