Taharah & Wudhu

Assalam u Alaikum. If someone touches their male genital because of an itch, and then touches an object, is that object considered impure? If the object in question cannot be washed (phone), what shall we do, will a wipe be sufficient?

I have a question about purity. If visible impurity is on one's clothes (for example urine, Mani etc) and one walks around in it, does the impurities transfer in the air, dust and floor and make them unclean? If one's hands and forearms are wet with water, do the impurities attach on to them?
