Question

Asalam mu alaikaum can I do tayammum if I am in a state of Janaba (sexual impurity) and I don’t have authority to do Ghusl even if there is enough water ?

Answer

Wa ʿAlaykumus Salām Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

If there is water available but one cannot use it to perform Ghusl for some valid reason, such as in the case where a person is ill and by using the water it might worsen his condition, then he may perform Tayammum.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
