Is it permissible to read salaah while wearing imitation jewellery and pure gold earings with fake diamonds studded on it ?

Answer

Assalāmuʿalaykum Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

Yes, it is permissible and will not render the Ṣalāh invalid.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
