Is it okay to abuse someone indirectly or in hidden meanings?

Question

I’ve been wondering from the previous weeks about the permissibility of abusing someone and such as in the society I live in, it has become very common and such, even in schools, etc. So, many of my friends abuse too. What I wanted to ask was that is it okay or will still count as an abuse if someone abuse another in a short form /or in indirect means, for example like using abbreviations for the abuses and such. In order for us to provide correct guidance on this matter, we request clarity on the following statement:
