Question

If someone buys something from abroad with credit card and sells to me. Am I allowed to buy it according to Sharia law?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

Yes, there is no problem purchasing something from a seller who used his credit card to buy the merchandise.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
