Question

Can I drink which is malta. And has no alcohol and doesn’t intoxicated . But the company is a liquor company who sells bear haram items.
But the malta has no alcohol and doesn’t intoxicated. Dose this make the malta haram or halal

Answer

Assalāmuʿalaykum Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

Since the same company manufactures both, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, there is a great fear and possibility of cross-contamination; hence, you should refrain from consuming such a drink.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
