Assalam u Alaikum i belong to hanafi school of thought can i accept fatwa of a deobandi scholar? As i am not a deobandi.

Is it permissible to use minoxidil as it contains alcohol? If it is do I have to wash my hair before wiping in wudu. Or wiping over it once it gets dried and absorbed is enough? Do I have to change clothes or pillow cover if I use it?
