Two times divorce to wife with three year gap
Assalam o alaikum, i had a fight with my wife three years ago and at heat of the moment i gave her one Talaq and at that said time i reconciled with her i took her back (before end of her iddah period). After three years we had a figth again but this time my wife forced me to give her Talaq by saying she wont let me see or meet with my son, so gave her 2nd Talaq in fear. After few hours she came back to me and we reconciled again and i said to her i take you back.
So my question is IS SHE STILL MY WIFE?

Wa’alaykum as Salām wa raḥmatullāhi wa barākatuhu,
The ruling will depend entire upon the exact words that you used and when exactly did you reconcile. If you simply said that you divorce her, and you reconciled in her ‘Iddah, then yes, she is still your wife. You will only have one divorce left. If you divorce her, she will be prohibited for you until she marries and consummates a marriage with another man, come out of that marriages, sits in ‘Iddah, and then you may make a new Nikāḥ.
