Question

I am a teenage female Muslim , and I constantly have wet dreams and notice clear watery discharge . Do I have to take ghusl ? And How do I stop having these wet dreams constantly ?

Answer

Assalāmuʿalaykum Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

Every such instance where a person has a wet dream and upon awakening notices some discharge, Ghusl becomes obligatory.

According to some scholars, one may recite Sūrah Nūḥ or Sūrah Ṭāriq before going to bed, as this may assist in the prevention of wet dreams.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
