Asalamualaikum,

Is my salah valid if I swallow saliva with the taste of food along with a food particle less than the size of a chickpea during salah?

Answer

Wa ʿAlaykumus Salām Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

Yes, your Ṣalāh is valid in and would not have to be repeated provided that the food particle was already in your mouth prior to the commencement of the Ṣalāh.
