Tuhr of less than 15 days

As salaamu alaykum.
I have a period that normally lasts 9 to 10 days. I then have 13 to 14 clean days before my next period (occasionally it’s 15 days). If this is my regular cycle, i.e less 15 clean days between periods, do I count days 13 -15 as Istihada and make a fresh wudu before each salaah (do I need to change my pad too?) and can I have intercourse, or do I start counting it as my next period from the day it starts eg. If it starts on the 13th clean day then that is considered day 1 of my period?

Kindly send trough the exact dates and times when your bleeding commenced and ended, all the way back to the last valid Ṭuhr (purity period of 15 days or more).
