AslAMuAlAikuM…janab mene ye puchna hai k sirf ” me tumy talaaq” kehny sy talaaq ho jati hai aur agr es me niyat talaq ki na ho tou???
Answer
Wa ʿAlaykumus Salām Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh
By uttering the word ‘Talāq’ to one’s spouse, that Talāq will be effective irrespective of whether it was intended or not.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
