Question

Assalamu aleikum if muslim intends to get citizenship of non-muslim country and says in oath “i swear to respect constitution and laws of this country and be devoted to other citizens” will it be kufr ( apostasy)? will he become murtad?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,

No, that will not be Kufr.

And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
