Regarding najas on floor

Question

Assalamu alaikum,
If the floor of building becomes dry naturally and there are no visible traces of the impurity, then will the floor be regarded as pure.

Answer

WaʿAlaykumus Salām Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh

If the floor of a building has been stained with impurity and the floor dries naturally to the extent that no traces of the impurity remain, then the floor will be regarded as pure.

( وَ ) تَطْهُرُ ( أَرْضٌ ) بِخِلَافِ نَحْوِ بِسَاطٍ ( بِيُبْسِهَا ) أَيْ : جَفَافِهَا وَلَوْ بِرِيحٍ ( وَذَهَابِ أَثَرِهَا كَلَوْنٍ ) وَرِيحٍ ( لِ ) أَجْلِ ( صَلَاةٍ ) عَلَيْهَا ( لَا لِتَيَمُّمٍ ) بِهَا ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمَشْرُوطَ لَهَا الطَّهَارَةُ وَلَهُ الطَّهُورِيَّةُ…( وَ ) حُكْمُ ( آجُرٍّ ) وَنَحْوِهِ كَلَبِنٍ ( مَفْرُوشٍ وَخُصٍّ ) بِالْخَاءِ تَحْجِيرَةُ سَطْحٍ ( وَشَجَرٍ وَكَلَأٍ قَائِمَيْنِ فِي أَرْضٍ كَذَلِكَ ) أَيْ : كَأَرْضٍ ، فَيَطْهُرُ بِجَفَافٍ وَكَذَا كُلُّ مَا كَانَ ثَابِتًا فِيهَا لِأَخْذِهِ حُكْمَهَا بِاتِّصَالِهِ بِهَا فَالْمُنْفَصِلُ يُغْسَلُ لَا غَيْرُ ، إلَّا حَجَرًا خَشِنًا كَرَحًى فَكَأَرْضٍ (رد المحتار 2/445)
