Permissibility of my programme
Question
I am currently running an educational programme for all girls. It focuses on the environment and we will be teaching them the science behind environmental processes and will give them skills to help them set up an environmental project / business. I didn’t think of it at the time when I was making the programme because I felt like I reduced gender-mixing by making the programme only girls, but now I am so worried that if the girls use the business skills I’ve taught them to create a gender-mixed company I will be sinful for the rest of my life. Am I sinful if the girls use the business and environmental knowledge I’ve given them to start gender-mixed companies?

Assalāmuaʿlaikum Wa Raḥmatullahī Wa Barakātuh,
Allāh ﷻ says:
“No soul burdened with sin will bear the burden of another” [Al-Qur’ān 17:15]
Based on the aforementioned verse, you should know that you will only be answerable to Allāh ﷻ for your own deeds; hence, you will not be answerable if the girls decide on their own, without any influence from your side, to create a gender-mixed company which accommodates for the free intermingling between sexes.
