What is Nikka e Taam. Is it allowed in sjareya and what conditions make it valid to do

Answer

Wa’alaykum as Salām wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,

Nikāḥ Tām refers to that Nikāḥ which, apart from the bridegroom’s offer and the bride’s acceptance, has been witnessed in the presence of two male witnesses, or one male witness and two female witnesses, who possess Imān, maturity, sanity, righteousness, and integrity.
