Does masturbation breaks one’s Fast and is Kaffara required ?

Assalamu alaikum
Should one make Kaffara for the fast of Ramadan invalidated by masturbation or only Qada for that particular fast will be made according to Hanbali school of thought ?

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
Because both views are authenticated within the Hambali Madhab, it is best to keep the Kaffaarah as well.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
