Salah (Prayer)

Bismillahi rahman ir raheem.Shaykh,my question is that:sometimes, i usually forget the actual number of the tasbeehs/tahmeed/takbirs(which is usually recited 33 times) i have made.Please,what do i have to do in order to the lose the promised reward?

I live in Sagamu and work in Lagos both in Nigeria but two different cities, about 35 - 40 km apart. I commune on daily basis. Am I entitled to observe qasr while at work on daily basis of my work like?

If i recite alhamad mistakenly before atahiyat in last sitting and then do sajda e sahw...after sajda e sahw if i again mistakenly recite alhamad before atahiya do i need to do sajda e sahw again or my prayer is valid without it.
