Dear Mufti, Is something learned, which is at least mubah, in a haram way (in a very un-Islamic school with teachers and students of the opppsite gender, while the prayer time passing away, education with haram money etc.) deemed impermissible or makruh tanzihi?

1. Is ablution necessary when reading any Islamic book such as Aqeedah, Biography, Tafsir, Hadith etc. 2. If I perform ablution, will there be any benefit according of Qur'an and Hadith? 3. If I think it is urgent then, will it be bidat.

I am from the Hanafi Madhab. It is permissible to read writen by non-Muslims and those not commited to Deen if one doen not fear any bad consequences ? I would like to know this, as one Mufti said that it should only be in need. I know you do not approve of asking more…
