Assala mualaikum Muḥtaram Mawlānā, Q) What is the ruling for a male or female to eat or drink the left overs of ghair mahram? If my male cousins eat and drink first, can I consume from their leftovers? Otherwise, so much food will go to waste.

Assalamu ‘alaykum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu Mufti Sahib, Is it permissible to take or destroy someone else’s (haram) properties in order to avoid him/her using them (and thus him sinning)?
