nikkah fatwa
if a boy asked girlon text messages for aceptance of nikkah by simply writing names of both and accepting in nikkah and girl denies after many requests boy ask him just write yes for his wish as nikkah is not done in this way but girl refused again.After an hour even this discussion was over, girl says “ok yes fine”. Then after 2-3 days boy starts saying that he did nikkah with proper procedure and 2 people are witness but girl was unaware of all this and she also do not accept it. is their nikkah done?

If the girl did not utter anything verbally, the Nikah is not valid.
