Is my job halal?

Hello! I’m currently working on a company who focus on the environment. They want to set up a consulting company that will consult schools in the United States on how to be more environmentally friendly. They are currently finalising their business proposal and my job is to develop training materials, so the consultants will be able to help our clients be more environmentally sustainable. I’ve requested to work on only creating halal training material but I am now in a huge dilemma that is giving me so much anxiety. I feel that this job is impermissible because I am helping a gender-mixing company create another gender-mixing company which will lead to more gender-mixing, thus I feel like I will be partially blamed everytime the company gets a new client until I die and even in my grave. Is this job permissible?
