Hurmat e mushrat
I am going to get married but i have doubts about hurmat e musharat. I think 6 year ago but i am not sure that once i have touched hands shake of my finance mother’s hand during salam. Of course it not permissible to shake hand with nonmahram. Again i do not remember whether i felt Lust or not. Can i get married to her daughter? I have doubts, what should i do?

Congratulations on getting married.
May Allah subhanahu wa taala bless you both with lots of barakah in your marriage and unite you upon piety and blessings.
As for your query,
1: Hurmat-e-musaharah does not take place by a mere touch, but do repent to Allah, the all merciful for the handshake.
2: Then, you are doubtful about feeling lust at the time of handshake with your mother in law to be.
Islamic rulings are not based on doubts .
Ignore these doubts, as they’re mere misgivings (waswaas), from Shaytan.
3: The laws of hurmat e musahara are meant to prevent immorality, and not to make life difficult. So be knowledgeable that contact with the parent or child of one’s spouse/ spouse to be with such desire that it results in an erection in men, or strong sexual lust in women at the time of direct skin to skin contact invalidates/ forbids a marriage.
4: For a peaceful life, good mental health and to be protected from the misgivings of Shaytan read lots of “Tauz” (aozu billahi minash shaytannir rajeem), the last two surahs of the blessed Quran, and keep your gaze lowered.
