Halal or Haram Income

If a patient comes to see a doctor in the diagnostic center through me, if the doctor gives a test, then the diagnostic center gives me a commission of 50% from those tests, and in some tests, it also gives less commission.

If I have a very close patient, I give the entire amount of my commission as a discount.

But many patients come to know, I give them 10%-30% discount from my commission, and the remaining 40%-20% of the 50% is my commission.

The commission is paid by the diagnostic centre from the price fixed by them.

Will the commission’s money be halal for me ?
