Going with friends
Assalamualaykum,
I wanted to ask if it permissible to go to a restaurant with your friends once every month. Will that be considered unnecessarily going out and going out too often? Especially considering there is a hadith recorded by tabarani that says ‘there is no for a woman to leave her home, expect if there is a dire necessity for her to fulfill’.

Wa’alaykum as Salām wa raḥmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,
A female should not go out to public places unnecessarily.
You may invite your friends over to your home or meet at their home and spend time together there.
