My question is , when intimating with my wife we both used to touch and fondle our private part each other during foreplay , as a result of that there will be madhiyy / fluid on our hand. We just only rub our hand on the blanket. So during intimating we used to touch on our face and other body part and also we suck / lick the area where we touch, but the hand would be dried by rubbing on the blanket( the fluid become dried by rubbing on cloth). So my question is , whether it is permissible or not for sucking the area where we touch during intimacy ? Or should we wash our hand ?

When engaging in intimate relations with our spouses, we should realise that Islam emphasizes two things: modesty and cleanliness. Hence, if you are sure that there is impure fluid on your hands, then you should try to abstain from touching the blanket, or other areas of the body. You may keep toilet paper nearby, and rather use that to wipe your hands.
If you do touch other areas and you are sure that the impurity has transferred, then it will not be permissible to lick that area. If you are sure that no impurity has transferred, then although it will be permissible to suck that area, it is still best to abstain. You can rather fondle and such other areas.
