Breaking wudhu during jummah salah
If one was to break wudhu near the end of jummah salah and the time for jummah has ended does how does he make up for this prayer?
Answer
Assalāmuʿalaykum Wa Raḥmatullāhi Wa Barakātuh
- If the Jumah Ṣalāh has ended then the ideal would be to attend the Jumah Ṣalāh at another Masjid where there is hope that one will make it in time. Otherwise, one may suffice on performing four Rakaʿāt of Ẓuhr Ṣalāh.
- In the case where the time period for Jumah Ṣalāh has ended, then one would have to perform four Rakaʿāt of Ẓuhr Ṣalāh which will be Qaḍā (making up for a prayer that was missed in its fixed time).
