A man has committed homosexuality (Liwatat) , repented , now wants to marry same man’s sister is it halal

Two mans has committed homosexuality when both are mature (Balighs ) but now both have repented sincerely and stopped the sin from a long time and now same man wants to marry the sister of the same man with which they both committed homosexuality .can he marry his sister is it halal is she halal for the same man ?Please guide and help , and please do not disclose my details to any one
