If husnd says u r nt my wife or i dnt have wife..does it constitues a divorce??

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu,
No, it does not constitute divorce if the husband did not have the intention of divorce.
If the husband intended divorce, then one Talaaq Baain takes place.
And Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala knows best.
