Can muqtadi repeat iqamat when muezin read iqamat

Wa’alaykum as Salam wa rahamtullahi wa barakatuhu,

Yes, a Muqtadi should repeat the words of Iqamah, as the Muadhin says the words.

When the Muadhin reaches the words: Qad Qaamatis Salah, the Muqtadi should say: AqaamahAllahu wa adaamaha, maa daamatis S.amaawaatu wal ardh

وإجابة الإقامة مستحبة هكذا في فتح القدير وإذا بلغ قوله قامت الصلاة يقول السامع أقامها الله وأدامها الله ما دامت السموات والأرض وفي سائر الكلمات يجيب كما يجيب في الأذان كذا في فتاوى الغرائب (الفتاوى الهندية –  1/ 57)
